What training will I receive?
You start with two weeks on the product, not the pitch. Every developer we hold, how their payment plans differ, what their escrow discipline looks like, and how to read a factsheet against the floor plan it belongs to.
Week three moves to settlement: VARA licensed conversion, DLD escrow, Oqood registration, and the compliance file a crypto buyer has to produce. Very few brokers in this city can explain that chain properly. You will be able to.
After that you are on live enquiries with a senior advisor beside you, and you keep that support for as long as you want it.

You report to a senior advisor who still carries their own book, so the guidance you get comes from deals closing this week rather than a training deck written two years ago.
Our settlement team handles the crypto leg on every transaction, so you are never left explaining a wallet transfer you have not been trained on. Compliance sits in the same room.

Is buying property with crypto legal in Dubai?
Yes. The purchase itself is a normal AED transaction registered with the Dubai Land Department. Your crypto is converted to dirhams through a VARA-licensed virtual asset service provider before it reaches the developer's escrow account.
Which coins can I settle in?
BTC, ETH, USDT, SOL, BNB and XRP. Other liquid assets can usually be arranged case by case, so ask before you commit.
Do I pay more for paying in crypto?
No. The price is the developer's AED launch price. The only additional cost is the conversion spread from the settlement partner, quoted to you upfront before anything moves.
What happens if the coin price moves during the purchase?
The AED price is fixed the moment you reserve. The crypto quote is refreshed at the moment of transfer, so you send whatever the live rate requires at that point. After conversion, volatility no longer touches your purchase.
Can non-residents buy off-plan in Dubai?
Yes. Foreign nationals can buy freehold in designated zones with no residency requirement, and off-plan purchases above AED 750k can qualify you for a two-year investor visa, AED 2M for the ten-year Golden Visa.
